K3 Capital Group PLC has been named the UK’s most active adviser for Q1 2021

We are delighted to announce that K3 Capital Group PLC has been named the UK’s most active adviser for Q1 2021 in the Refinitiv Global Mid-Market M&A Review.

The latest rankings, which are independently verified, see K3 retain it’s number one status for UK advisers as we completed 96 qualifying deals throughout the first three months of the year – equating to more than one deal per day.

The figures show our Group completed almost twice as many deals compared to Q1 2020 – far-exceeding the levels of activity seen pre-COVID-19.

Refintiv’s report details that we completed almost 30% more deals than any other UK adviser and ranks us first in the European tables and second worldwide, up from fifth and eighth respectively in Q1 2020.

The reports have been released on the back of a very strong period across K3, driven by particularly high levels of activity within the Group’s M&A division as we continue to pursue our goal of building a wider group of growing and complementary professional services businesses to serve our clients.
