Angela Barkhouse recognised in top two per cent of asset recovery lawyers as “global thought leader”
Our Cayman Islands office lead, Angela Barkhouse, has been named as a leading asset recovery expert in the Who’s Who Legal: Thought Leaders – Global Elite edition for 2022.
Angela has been listed by Who’s Who Legal (WWL) as one of the top two percent of asset recovery practitioners in the world, recognising her vast expertise in financial investigations, dispute resolution, asset tracing and recovery.
The WWL identifies leading legal practitioners across sectors of business law. Its database includes more than 24,000 of the world’s leading private practice lawyers and over 2,500 consulting experts from over 150 nationalities.
Angela has featured in Who’s Who Legal’s listing in 2020 and 2021, and this recognition further supplements her status as a thought leader in investigations by Global Investigations Review (GIR).

Angela – who joined the firm earlier this year – leads our Caribbean practice, and Cross Border Asset Recovery Group, specialising in offshore asset recovery to locate and repatriate the proceeds of fraud and corruption hidden in foreign jurisdictions.
