OUR M&A DIVISION NAMED THE UK’S LEADING ADVISER ACROSS MULTIPLE REGIONS

The 2020 Experian MarketIQ UK and Ireland M&A review has revealed the Nation’s most active M&A advisers, with our M&A Division ending the year as one of the top two advisers, and topping the charts across multiple regions including the South East, East of England, the Midlands, and Yorkshire & Humber. KBS also finished within the top 10 rankings across London, the North West, Wales, and the South West regions.

Across the UK as a whole, the resilience of the UK M&A market was on show for all to see in 2020, with Q4 deals volumes approaching pre-pandemic levels and overall transaction values eclipsing those seen in 2019, according to Experian’s findings.

The latest reports from Experian show an increase of more than 35% in the number of deals advised on by our M&A Division throughout 2020 compared to the previous year, with the latest reports from Refinitiv also demonstrating similar growth across our Group as a whole, as we completed a record 200 deals over the previous 12 months.
