Corporate Finance team shortlisted for four Insider Thames Valley Dealmakers Awards

In recognition of another successful year for our Corporate Finance team, we are pleased to announce that we’ve been shortlisted as finalists in four categories at the upcoming Insider Media’s Thames Valley Dealmakers Awards 2022.

Alongside nominations for Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year and Deal of the Year (sub £20m), our Corporate Finance Managing Director, Ian Barton, has been shortlisted for Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year. Ian has been a prolific deal doer in the Thames Valley for 20 years, leading on several of the regions’ most notable and award-winning deals.

Also shortlisted for Emerging Dealmaker of the Year, is our Corporate Finance Manager, Reuben Taylor. Despite only being in the Corporate Finance team for three years, Reuben leads deals, including several large transactions which are close to completion, as well as pitching for work.

The past 24 months have been the busiest period that we have ever had for completing corporate finance transactions closing over 50 deals in this period, despite the challenges the lockdowns have presented.

In an evening dedicated to honouring the standout deals over the past 12 months and the people that made them happen across the region, the winners will be announced on 15 September at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre in Reading. We wish the best of luck to our team and their fellow nominees.
