Our Restructuring and Advisory Division appointed as joint administrators of Savants Restructuring Limited

Carl Jackson and Michael Hall of our Restructuring and Advisory Division have been appointed as joint administrators of London headquartered insolvency firm Savants Restructuring Limited (Savants) and its subsidiary, Savants Covenant Advisory Limited which have ceased to trade with immediate effect.

Carl Jackson, joint administrator and chief executive of our Restructuring and Advisory Division, said: “These matters are both complex and challenging, with the owners and directors of 160 companies with whom Savants had active engagements at the heart of our short-term priorities.
