Corporation Tax update 

Online CPD course delivered by Tolley

Friday 3rd November 9.00am – 12.00pm

In our eighth accredited CPD course of the year delivered in conjunction with leading training provider Tolley, we look at the latest developments in corporation tax.

We are delighted to welcome back Malcolm Greenbaum, experienced lecturer and consultant.

The session broadly covers:

  • Latest developments in corporation tax
  • A review of the Autumn Statement proposals
  • Common issues with adjustments to profits
  • Annual investment allowance or full expensing, given a choice?
  • Relief for losses
  • Loan relationship issues
  • Hybrid mismatch – common scenarios

All our courses are free to attend and delegates quality for three hours of structured CPD if attending this live session being delivered by Tolley on our behalf.

Our trainer

The session will be delivered by Malcolm Greenbaum FCA CTA.

Malcolm qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989, as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1995 and worked for BPP for 18 years where he lectured on financial reporting and tax. In 2004 he moved to the Professional Development division of BPP and was appointed Head of Finance and Tax Programmes.

In 2008 Malcolm set up his own training and consultancy company delivering accounting and tax courses to accounting firms and clients across a wide range of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, airlines and oil and gas.
